The SSVF program, under the guidance of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, promotes housing stability among very low-income veterans and their families who reside in or are transitioning to permanent housing. Using an intensive case management model, the program provides a variety of services including counseling as related to housing, financial management, vocation, education and daily living skills. We also provide assistance with obtaining transportation, VA and other public benefits, health care, legal and childcare services.
