Strategic Goal #1:
Deliver superior, person-centered support and services
Objective 1.1
Foster long-term stability for veterans through compassionate care, housing assistance, and supported employment services.
Objective 1.2
Empower and enrich the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting their independence, dignity, and community inclusion through personalized support.
Objective 1.3
Promote ongoing recovery for individuals dealing with substance abuse through personalized treatment, education, prevention, and advocacy.
Objective 1.4
Empower individuals with mental illness to achieve emotional health through therapeutic services and housing assistance.
Objective 1.5
Enable individuals with disabilities to secure and maintain employment that aligns with their skills and interests by providing comprehensive, supported employment services.

Help at-risk children and youth build productive futures through a comprehensive community-based approach to reduce truancy and behavior issues.

Provide high-quality management of affordable housing by maintaining decent, safe, and healthy conditions.

Expand and preserve attainable housing for targeted, low-income communities through acquisition, new construction, and redevelopment.

Integrate access to health services for housing communities through strategic collaboration and partnerships.
