Opened in 2002, Highpoint Senior Apartments offers affordable and quality housing for senior citizens. This site, of 57 one-bedroom apartments, creates a community of care that enables individuals 62 years of age and older, with low income, an opportunity to live in a comfortable and affordable home.  The property is nestled with beautifully landscaped grounds for relaxing outside or taking a leisurely stroll by the lake on the property is an enhanced beautiful view.  

At Highpoint Senior Apartments, our on-site company-employed professionals will provide you with unmatched customer service.  A refrigerator, stove, and mini-blinds are included. Also, water is furnished. Rent is based on income, and medical expenses may be considered in establishing rent (if criterion is met). The apartments are air-conditioned and heated, and three laundry rooms are available on-site. A recreation room is on-site and there is a beautiful lake on the property.
